Shipping, returns & subscriptions
What to expect from checkout through delivery—and how subscriptions work.
Shipping
We fulfill orders in batches so slips stay fresh and accurately kitted. The exact ship window for your order is shown at checkout and repeated in your order confirmation email.
- Subscribe & Save: subscribers receive the shipping benefit shown on the product page and at checkout (for example, free standard shipping where offered).
- One-time orders: shipping cost and method are calculated at checkout before you pay.
- Carriers and transit times vary by destination. International availability, duties, and taxes—if applicable—are disclosed at checkout.
Returns & refunds
Dietary supplements have unique handling rules. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within the timeframe noted in our Terms with your order number and a photo when helpful—we'll work with you on a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Opened product may not be eligible for return except where required by law or where we authorize an exception (for example, a verified quality issue). Contact us and we'll point you to the right next step.
Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save renews on the schedule you select at checkout (for example, monthly). Each charge is disclosed before you confirm payment on your first order; renewal timing and price appear in Shopify checkout and your order emails.
- Managing your plan: use the link in your subscription confirmation and renewal emails, or sign in to your Shopify customer account when available, to update payment method, shipping address, skip a shipment, or cancel.
- Cancellation: you can cancel future renewals according to the terms shown at checkout. Cancellations stop new charges; they do not automatically refund shipments already processed.
